Responsibilities
- Analyze and model health insurance business processes in Fisalis-BOS.
- Implement and individually refine generated classes using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch.
- Design and connect interfaces to adjacent systems.
- Collaborate closely with business departments and the development team to translate requirements into software.
Requirements
- Approximately three to five years of professional experience in a hands-on software development role.
- Good Java skills and confident use of Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and IntelliJ.
- Initial experience with Fisalis-BOS and Camunda/BPMN is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Git, and test automation such as Cypress is desirable.
- Initial experience in the insurance or financial sector is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, pragmatism, teamwork, and an independent working style.
- Very good spoken and written German is required for communication with project stakeholders and German-speaking customers.
