Responsibilities
- Improve performance so daily batch processing runs on time.
- Integrate quantitative libraries.
- Develop credit counterparty risk internal models.
- Write tests, fix security findings, and keep the CI pipeline green.
- Work closely with Quant, Data, and IMM teams.
Requirements
- Strong Java skills, including performance optimization, memory management, and multithreading.
- Comfort with numerical computing, heavy calculations, and parallel processing.
- Experience with JUnit, Git, and CI/CD build and test tools.
- Experience with Spark and Parquet.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- AWS experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of risk/XVA and finance is preferred but can be learned on the job.
