Responsibilities
- Develop mobile application code using requirements from architects and product owners.
- Build and maintain mobile functionality with React Native, Android, and iOS technologies.
- Write, automate, execute, and document unit, integration, usability, accessibility, and other test cases.
- Debug and resolve complex errors while ensuring code is functionally correct and free of vulnerabilities.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability and reduce technical debt through refactoring.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD, deployment automation, version control, and branching and merging strategies.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and integration of UI/UX designs.
- Produce and maintain technical, architecture, procedure, and operational documentation.
- Develop tools and scripts to automate operational and deployment tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, support, operations, and data teams.
- Provide estimates, mentor team members, facilitate knowledge transfer, and contribute to an autonomous work culture.
- Promote secure development practices and serve as a Spin Culture Ambassador.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and SOLID principles.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, and Bitrise.
- Experience with secure development practices including SAST, DAST, and MAST.
- Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Android development using Java and Kotlin.
- Experience with iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
- React Native knowledge covering components, hooks, custom hooks, component lifecycle, state management, HTML, CSS, Flexbox, forms, and networking libraries.
- Android knowledge including Android Studio, Android SDK, and Gradle.
- iOS knowledge including Xcode, Cocoa Touch, and CocoaPods.
- Understanding of semantic versioning.
- Preferred experience with superapp schemes, modular architecture, and component or library reuse.
- ETL experience is desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, conflict management, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
