Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP ABAP applications, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms using RICEFW development.
- Develop and enhance responsive SAP Fiori applications with SAPUI5.
- Create and modify CDS Views for real-time reporting and Fiori applications.
- Develop and enhance OData services and integrate Fiori applications with SAP systems through SAP Gateway.
- Perform SAP ABAP development and support across SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, and HR modules based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in ABAP programs and Fiori applications.
- Analyze and optimize ABAP code for system performance and SAP/non-SAP integration.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and global stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications and user documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support for SAP ABAP and Fiori issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and 3 years of hands-on SAP technical design, development, and support experience.
- Strong SAP ABAP experience including Object-Oriented ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, and RICEFW development.
- Hands-on SAPUI5/Fiori development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and XML Views.
- Strong understanding of OData services and SAP Gateway architecture.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting SAP applications using the ABAP Debugger and Fiori Launchpad.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Preferred experience supporting SAP development across SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, or HR modules.
- Preferred experience with CDS Views, modern SAP development practices, SAP system integration, and SAP/non-SAP interfaces.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects within established timelines.
- Experience with problem-solving, change management, or process improvement initiatives involving senior leadership or key stakeholders.
