Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Build API-led, event-driven, batch, real-time, asynchronous, and hybrid integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
- Register, publish, secure, govern, version, and manage APIs through Canopy or Azure API Management.
- Implement API and application security using OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, certificates, Azure Key Vault, authentication, authorization, throttling, and policies.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Configure Azure Application Gateway, Integration Accounts, B2B workflows, and AS2-based integrations.
- Implement infrastructure as code for Azure networking, connectivity, observability, security, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, Azure Policy, and Azure resources.
- Build reusable Azure service templates and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Perform unit, integration, regression, and production-readiness testing and support releases and production cutovers.
- Provide production operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance optimization, and reliability support.
- Design AI-driven migration pipelines for modernizing legacy IBM and MuleSoft integrations to Azure.
- Use Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot for code analysis, migration, development, testing, and documentation.
- Perform reverse engineering, business-rule extraction, dependency mapping, interface analysis, and migration-impact assessment.
- Generate automated tests, validate functional equivalence, and build specialized AI agents for migration activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with hands-on Azure Integration Services experience.
- Required experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid or Event Hubs, Azure Data Factory, Integration Accounts, and Azure Application Gateway.
- Programming and scripting experience with C#/.NET, Python, and SQL.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and XSLT.
- Knowledge of Azure Key Vault, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, and Azure API Management concepts.
- Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform or Azure ARM.
- Preferred MuleSoft integration experience.
- Preferred knowledge or experience with IBM DataPower, Cast Iron, and MQ.
- Preferred experience with Azure Kubernetes Service.
