Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA processes and standards.
- Perform manual testing across multiple websites and applications.
- Own regression testing for releases, migrations, and new features.
- Act as the quality gate before production releases.
- Define and begin implementing a test automation strategy.
- Select automation tools and identify areas suitable for automation.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve quality practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of primarily web-focused QA experience.
- Strong background in manual testing.
- Experience setting up QA processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with modern web stacks and CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Nice-to-have automation experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Nice-to-have experience with accessibility or performance testing.
- Previous lead or senior QA experience is preferred.
