Responsibilities
- Develop and operate the Ark Large Model Platform on VolcanoEngine.
- Manage the stability of control-plane and data-plane components of large-scale model systems using DevOps practices.
- Develop observability systems for monitoring system stability, reliability, and performance.
- Manage super-large-scale clusters and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of large model systems.
- Research systematic solutions for large model implementations and applications across industries while reducing infrastructure costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or higher in computer science or a related field from an accredited and reputable institution.
- R&D experience in cloud computing or large-scale model systems.
- Proficiency in one of Golang, Python, or Java in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in cloud-native technologies and understanding of the relevant technology stack.
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies for log collection, monitoring, and alerting.
- Preferred: experience building and maintaining stability systems for large-scale infrastructure.
- Preferred: experience operating and maintaining large-scale systems.
- Preferred: experience with infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
