Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales meetings and assess the fit, effort, timeline, resources, and fees for Oracle/NetSuite Planning and Budgeting engagements.
- Create and review work plans and draft proposals for completeness.
- Lead implementation workshops and apply implementation methodologies to define strategy, gather requirements, and deliver client solutions.
- Design, build, configure, and present Oracle/NetSuite Planning and Budgeting solutions for client executives and stakeholders.
- Develop EPM solutions and integrations, including Oracle/NetSuite ERP connections through Saved Searches and data pipelines.
- Mentor client personnel and consulting team members.
- Support EPM practice development through training, business development materials, collateral, and engagement templates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
- At least 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM solutions, including at least 4 years with Oracle PBCS/NSPB.
- Experience architecting Oracle/NetSuite EPM Planning solutions, especially Financial Planning and Workforce Planning models.
- Strong Essbase expertise, including ASO/BSO cube design, calculation scripts, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Calculation Manager, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, and EPM Automate.
- Experience integrating Oracle/NetSuite ERP with EPM using Saved Searches and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, OpEx, and workforce planning.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver business-facing solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle EPM Cloud or Essbase certification; experience with FCCS, ARCS with Transaction Matching, HFM, OneStream, Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, REST APIs, scripting, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and large-scale EPM/ERP transformation consulting.
