Responsibilities
- Learn and adopt best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD.
- Advocate for continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software.
- Collaborate in value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.
- Work with teammates to build features and ensure best practices are followed.
- Create scalable UI systems that are accessible to all audiences.
- Use DevSecOps tools to build and deploy software efficiently.
- Apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems.
- Oversee the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery.
- Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Requirements
- Well-versed in JavaScript programming and design patterns.
- Familiar with JavaScript packaging tools and TypeScript.
- 4 to 8 years of experience with React and related concepts.
- Knowledge of at least one major web framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience developing modular web components using modern web standards.
- Strong understanding of HTTP and multi-tiered web architectures.
- Created responsive, mobile-first experiences using complex CSS layouts.
- Understanding of user experience and web design principles.
- Comfortable with Agile methods like XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Good awareness of TDD, continuous integration, and delivery tools.
