Responsibilities
- Drive the complete customer onboarding lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, and Adoption Monitoring.
- Partner with the Sales team on complex scoping requirements, creating custom tailored demos.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and design API integrations for customer software ecosystems.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, tracking milestones in Wrike and Salesforce.
- Champion internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer and 5+ years in project management or consulting.
- Proven experience working with APIs for software integrations.
- Exceptional presentation and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to dissect complex business processes and map them to Wrike implementations.
- Deep understanding of change management principles and expertise in a key segment.
