Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable test scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps to configure and maintain performance test environments.
- Design and deploy containerized load generators on Kubernetes clusters.
- Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks.
- Document test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations for performance tuning and code optimization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering roles.
- Proven expertise with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Strong proficiency in a scripting or programming language such as Java or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of system architecture components.
- Experience with APM/Monitoring tools that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets.
