Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex backend systems.
- Proven track record of influencing technical direction across teams.
- Deep experience with distributed, event-driven architectures and APIs.
- Strong judgment in data architecture and schema design.
- Experience owning a platform with internal consumers.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and create playbooks.
- Customer-first mindset, focusing on developer experience.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and respect.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
