Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional members to design and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance.
- Help define development guidelines.
- Take full ownership of developing product features and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and help the team adopt them.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing large enterprise applications using microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional innovative projects.
- Strong experience in full-stack development using Golang, React, and SQL.
- Familiarity with AI and experience in designing/implementing AI applications.
- Experience using models (LLMs) in software development activities.
- Experience in systems design, including scalable architecture and performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remote.
