Base Salary
$93k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee application lifecycle activities including design, analysis, reviews, testing, and quality standards.
- Align technical solutions with business objectives and establish technical direction, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver benchmarked solutions across multiple complex technical projects and initiatives.
- Solve complex technical problems, revise operating procedures, and lead assigned projects.
- Mentor junior resources and perform model training, evaluation, and fine-tuning within legacy architecture constraints.
- Triage production incidents, reduce mean time to resolution, and perform incident trend analysis, root cause analysis, and defect elimination planning.
- Perform ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management functions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of AS/400 application development experience.
- At least 3 years of application development experience with RPG, RPGLE, and CL, plus at least 1 year of Synon2/E (COOL 2/E).
- At least 3 years of IBM i SQL experience.
- At least 3 years of recent experience leading projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 7 or more years of overall experience, at least 5 years of healthcare experience, and successful completion of several medium- to large-scope projects.
- Preferred experience includes RxClaim or another PBM adjudication system and cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, and Azure, as well as Java, Python, and Angular.
