Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with business strategy, risk requirements, and security-by-design principles.
- Define security architecture frameworks, reference models, standards, governance principles, and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate business, operational, and security requirements into secure architecture designs and technical specifications.
- Conduct security architecture reviews and assess systems and services for risks, weaknesses, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate and select security controls and technologies, including cryptographic mechanisms, identity and access management controls, and security monitoring capabilities.
- Lead the integration, implementation, maintenance, and lifecycle adoption of cybersecurity solutions and controls.
- Establish secure development environments and secure development lifecycle practices.
- Develop resilient architectures that improve security, availability, and operational continuity.
- Guide development, operations, and implementation teams on architecture decisions and cybersecurity best practices.
- Present architectures, technical recommendations, and security strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to improve the organization’s security posture.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant IT professional experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Master's degree or equivalent Level 7 qualification in an ICT-relevant field.
- At least four listed or equivalent internationally recognized certifications, including options such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, CNDA, CISSP-ISSAP, CGEIT, CRISC, SCPA, SCMA, GSNA, GCCC, or GPPA.
- Minimum English proficiency of CEFR B2.
- Knowledge of secure development lifecycle practices, security architecture reference models, security solutions, current technologies, and cybersecurity trends.
- Ability to analyze business and user requirements, produce architecture specifications, design cybersecurity systems, select controls, build resilience, and lead security solution integration.
- Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools.
- Expert-level cybersecurity knowledge related to development and application architecture.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, stakeholder presentation, and cross-technology versatility.
