Responsibilities
- Translate security concepts into language meaningful to product teams.
- Integrate security tools and processes into the development life cycle.
- Develop security test plans for new products.
- Design security solution blueprints that meet system needs.
- Automate security checklists as 'security as code' using cloud services.
- Advise on secure design of product and application architecture.
- Review new features and perform threat modeling in an agile environment.
- Conduct security architecture assessments and identify weaknesses.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on security risk assessments.
- Contribute to security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure application security risks are identified and addressed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
- Proficiency in secure code review and application security.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, SQL, Wireshark, Java, J2EE, and Python.
- Knowledge of MVC frameworks and application/web servers.
