Responsibilities
- Design and implement IT architectures and translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
- Lead or contribute to integration and legacy system modernization projects.
- Work with modern technologies, integration patterns, microservices, DevOps and AI solutions.
- Engage directly with clients, including C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with BCG, clients and international technology experts.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in software development, architecture or technology consulting.
- Higher education in IT, engineering, business or a related field.
- Experience designing and implementing IT architectures.
- Understanding of integration patterns, microservices, DevOps, the software development lifecycle and AI solutions.
- Experience leading integration and legacy system modernization projects.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- Self-sufficiency, proactivity and willingness to travel approximately 50%.
- Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English.
