Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand problems before proposing solutions.
- Break down ambiguous requirements into actionable work and identify risks early.
- Design, implement, test, and deploy features end-to-end with clean, maintainable code.
- Investigate and resolve bugs by tracing issues to root causes and validating changes.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools and modern technologies to enhance development.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience in software engineering.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to teach and learn.
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and think creatively.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, C++, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL.
