Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate development and deployment lifecycles.
- Design, implement, operate, and improve the team’s DevOps solutions and environments.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and contribute to cloud and internal infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with centralized platform teams to integrate organizational capabilities, standards, tools, and practices.
- Manage access, permissions, secrets, and certificates and integrate security practices into pipelines and infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain observability, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms for platform and service health.
- Support operational reliability, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and operational documentation.
- Continuously improve automation, reliability, security, operational efficiency, and cloud resource utilization.
Requirements
- Five or more years of relevant DevOps experience, particularly in AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing, networking, security, observability, and operational reliability.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- French-English bilingualism is required for regular interaction with colleagues across Canada.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada from the anticipated start date and throughout employment.
- Experience in a data or AI environment is an asset.
- Strong autonomy, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills are expected.
