Responsibilities
- Work on impactful customer technical projects including building reference architectures and production-grade MVPs.
- Guide strategic customers in implementing big data projects and 3rd party migrations.
- Consult on architecture and design to facilitate customer understanding and adoption of Databricks.
- Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery of engagement components.
Requirements
- Experience with Big Data Technologies or Data science in a customer-facing technical role.
- Proficient in SQL and either Python or Scala.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with developer operations and continuous integration/delivery.
- Ability to manage technical project delivery, including scope and timelines.
- Fluent communication skills in Japanese and English.
