Responsibilities

- Mentor fellow scientists and contribute to team standards and culture.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related field.
- Solid understanding of modern ML models and algorithms with hands-on experience.
- Proficient in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in taking ML models from prototype to production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator able to explain technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using LLM-powered development tools.
- Ability to balance research with time-to-market constraints.
