Responsibilities
- Build and operate scalable ML and generative AI pipelines for automated content creation.
- Productionize research prototypes by designing service and API contracts.
- Apply modern ML techniques to improve creative quality and personalization.
- Engineer reliable workflows with schema validation and failure recovery.
- Define and monitor quality, latency, and cost metrics for ad creatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Three or more years of experience building production software or ML systems.
- Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar tools.
- Practical experience in taking models from prototype to production using APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, CI/CD, and workflow orchestrators.
- Understanding of production ML concerns including reproducibility and monitoring.
- Strong debugging skills across distributed components and clear communication abilities.
