Responsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a trusted engineering advisor across client teams.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to identify impactful use cases.
- Define AI strategies and technical roadmaps for client accounts.
- Create and deliver tailored demos aligned with client engineering workflows.
- Co-own the Statement of Work with a deep understanding of technical requirements.
- Prepare and run Steering Committees to connect engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and engagement across various client roles.
- Identify upsell opportunities and shape them into proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to advance deals and inform product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Hold an engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, or similar fields.
- Have a solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows.
- Possess professional fluency in Korean and English.
- Demonstrate experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales or solutions consulting.
- Understand AI and machine learning concepts applied to engineering.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to drive executive conversations.
- Be proactive, commercially driven, and capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
