Responsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a strategic engineering partner and trusted advisor across customer engineering organizations.
- Lead discovery sessions, identify feasible and commercially grounded use cases, and define account AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Create and deliver client-tailored technical demos and presentations based on engineering workflows.
- Create and co-own Statements of Work, including the technical building blocks required to transform customer workflows.
- Prepare and run steering committees connecting engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption, engagement, and the development of customer engineering champions.
- Identify and shape upsell and expansion opportunities into well-scoped proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales on deals, Forward Deployed Engineering on delivery transitions, and Product and R&D on customer-informed roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and how AI can transform them.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices, including AI-assisted tools for demos and prototypes.
- Experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on simulation pipelines, solver experience, workflow automation, Python programming, data pipelines, ML/DL frameworks, model training and deployment, technical consulting, engineering software experience, and ML/DL research or development.
