Responsibilities
- Partner with customers from discovery through launch to translate business goals into scalable Notion solutions.
- Design scalable Notion architectures that meet customer workflows and governance needs.
- Deploy AI-native workflows using Notion AI and other tools, collaborating with engineering for complex implementations.
- Create adoption plans and enablement materials to drive sustained usage and business value.
- Identify patterns across engagements and develop reusable solutions and reference architectures.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, simplifying technical requirements and aligning stakeholders on implementation paths.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to scale successful strategies beyond individual customer engagements.
- Develop clear implementation plans and success measures to guide customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tech services, solutions architecture, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows and implementation plans.
- Strong consultative discovery skills to map workflows and identify customer pain points.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for designing and automating business workflows.
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption and long-term customer value.
- Strong project management skills, including scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.
- Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Fluency in written and spoken Japanese.
