Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account teams and Customer Engineers during technical evaluations to assess feasibility, shape adoption-focused proposals, and validate forward-deployed engineering engagements.
  • Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and integrate models, agents, and connectors with customer data pipelines, identity providers, and compliance boundaries.
  • Diagnose complex customer implementation issues at the code level, identify product bugs, and test workarounds.
  • Act as the liaison to Product and Engineering teams to resolve deployment blockers and convert field feedback into feature requests.
  • Own technical delivery strategy and architectural direction alongside customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Five years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
  • Experience leading technical delivery strategies, debugging systems, and collaborating with Product and Engineering organizations.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations such as APIs, enterprise content management, or identity; cloud infrastructure; or AI/ML model deployments.
  • Experience with system design or orchestration frameworks.
  • Fluent English and Japanese communication skills for client relationship management in the region.
  • Preferred: experience orchestrating specialized technical resources for complex builds and influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
  • Preferred: ability to solve ambiguous technical problems, diagnose bugs, develop architectural solutions, and translate technical integration issues into business impact.
