Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring partner and field challenges and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Help partners build their own agentic delivery capabilities and drive customer activation and ROI.
- Translate technical concepts for non-technical and executive Japanese-speaking audiences.
- Embed with strategic partners, provide hands-on deployment support, and relay field insights to Google engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Fluent Japanese and English communication skills.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agent Development Kit and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for optimizing state management and granular tracing.
