Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows.
- Build data pipelines, evaluation pipelines, and observability frameworks for partner-developed agentic systems.
- Architect and deploy AI systems on cloud platforms, addressing integration, data readiness, and state-management challenges.
- Identify recurring partner and field friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Help partners build their own agentic delivery capabilities and drive customer activation and measurable ROI.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate technical concepts for Japanese-speaking non-technical and executive audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as GCP.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
- Fluent communication in Japanese and English.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or Agent Development Kit and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics, state-management optimization, and granular tracing.
