Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business pain points and technical challenges.
- Gather requirements in complex enterprise environments.
- Design Elastic solution architectures integrating with other technologies.
- Create customer road maps and articulate complex solutions.
- Lead technology workshops and deliver outcome-based solutions.
- Deploy and integrate Elastic products into platform architectures.
- Conduct technical audits, upgrades, and platform migrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to identify enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years as a Consulting Architect or in senior IT leadership.
- Experience delivering professional services engagements.
- Strong customer advocacy and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead meetings with project owners and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience deploying Elastic Security solutions or similar.
- Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Linux.
- Understanding of networking, security, and DevOps.
