Base Salary
$140k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
- Design and implement lead scoring models and data enrichment pipelines.
- Create outbound automation sequences and tooling to support the sales team.
- Build internal dashboards and reporting tools for pipeline visibility.
- Develop and optimize integrations between sales, marketing, and product tools.
- Experiment with AI-powered sales tooling and workflows.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and build solutions.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in GTM engineering, sales operations, or growth engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
