Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance their cloud service management capabilities.
- Implement monitoring and observability solutions for real-time infrastructure insights.
- Participate in a shared On-Call rotation for critical infrastructure support.
- Design and implement network observability solutions for cloud networking.
- Partner with technical leaders to enhance infrastructure security.
- Develop frameworks into Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows.
- Advocate for cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Champion best practices across development, QA, and Infrastructure/Operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and operating scalable cloud-native systems.
- Deep expertise in public cloud networking (AWS/GCP).
- Developer skills in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience managing traffic flows between Kubernetes workloads and cloud services.
- Proven ability to architect network mapping and visualization solutions.
- Experience building and managing complex networks in public cloud providers.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native services in large scale environments.
- Experience enabling monitoring solutions with tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
