Base Salary
$93k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve OCI Resource Query Service components, services, APIs, data flows, and multi-tenant contracts.
- Design and deliver relationship-aware resource data and intuitive resource-discovery capabilities.
- Lead technical decisions and cross-team integration efforts across distributed US and India engineering teams.
- Debug distributed service graphs and drive compatibility-safe remediation plans.
- Implement performance, scalability, resilience, capacity, testing, observability, and reliability improvements.
- Develop software features, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot API and integration issues, and implement API lifecycle and versioning strategies.
- Provide technical guidance on customer issues, mentor teammates, and translate customer and product needs into platform designs.
- Maintain systems through upgrades, patching, automation, and operational support.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience with distributed systems and cloud services.
- Experience with data-intensive systems, APIs, indexing, query processing, or resource and inventory platforms.
- Demonstrated technical leadership without relying on direct authority.
- Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability with sound judgment.
- Clear written and verbal communication across teams, time zones, and technical disciplines.
