Base Salary
$45k - $122k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings for enterprise data integration.
- Build and support data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
- Extract and process data from VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, and DB2 mainframe sources.
- Implement complex data transformations, business rules, and data quality checks.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
- Work with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Teradata databases.
- Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Create technical documentation for ETL mappings, workflows, and design specifications.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and application teams to clarify requirements and develop technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hands-on ETL development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata, and NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of data integration from VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, and DB2.
- Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
- Experience with complex data transformations, business rules, data quality checks, ETL monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Technical documentation experience covering ETL mappings, workflows, and design specifications.
- Preferred knowledge includes API Development, Application Development, Informatica MDM, Release Management, Application Design, Application Testing, Packaged Application Integration, and technical troubleshooting.
