Base Salary

$45k - $122k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and mappings for enterprise data integration.
  • Build and support data pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
  • Extract and process data from VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, and DB2 mainframe sources.
  • Implement complex data transformations, business rules, and data quality checks.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
  • Work with Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server, and Teradata databases.
  • Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Create technical documentation for ETL mappings, workflows, and design specifications.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and application teams to clarify requirements and develop technical solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on ETL development experience with Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
  • Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise-scale data pipelines.
  • Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata, and NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB.
  • Strong understanding of data integration from VSAM, flat files, COBOL copybooks, and DB2.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with complex data transformations, business rules, data quality checks, ETL monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Technical documentation experience covering ETL mappings, workflows, and design specifications.
  • Preferred knowledge includes API Development, Application Development, Informatica MDM, Release Management, Application Design, Application Testing, Packaged Application Integration, and technical troubleshooting.
