Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance options trading strategies for internal and external clients.
- Monitor trading strategy performance daily and develop algorithm customizations based on client needs.
- Apply knowledge of US options market structure, regulations, and exchange services to implement ongoing changes.
- Communicate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance officers about feature requests and existing functionality.
- Participate in the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, API and UI development, security collaboration, and deployment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or Financial Technology.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in either Java or C++.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing algorithms for US trading.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing data-driven trading strategy performance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a team.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with agency-business smart order routers, trading-strategy backtesting, low-latency trading strategy development, and direct client support.
Benefits
- The expected base salary is $150,000-$300,000 annually, with potential eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
