Responsibilities
- Implement and fine-tune pre-trained AI models for specific industry needs.
- Use AWS AI services, Azure OpenAI, and related cloud technologies to develop and deploy AI solutions.
- Process and analyze data using AWS data services including Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, OpenSearch, Kendra, and AWS Glue.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, including reducing AI hallucinations.
- Apply RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and similarity search techniques to improve AI applications.
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions using CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
- Lead AI/ML projects and manage and mentor a team of AI engineers.
- Stay current with AI technologies and contribute to adopting new tools and techniques.
- Potentially integrate Amazon Connect with AWS AI services and work with Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on AI/ML development experience focused on AWS-based AI services.
- Advanced Python proficiency and expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with Amazon SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS data services and their use in AI/ML pipelines.
- Expertise in agentic AI behavior and deployment with CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Experience with vector databases and scalable similarity search solutions.
- Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and architectures including CNNs, RNNs, and transformers.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale model evaluation.
- Ability to lead AI/ML projects and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Amazon Connect and AWS AI services, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and data visualization is desirable.
- Relevant AWS certifications, including AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner, are highly desirable.
