Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models, forecasting systems, reporting systems, and production-grade AI/ML solutions.
- Write Python scripts and SQL queries for data extraction, processing, structuring, and visualization.
- Deploy, scale, debug, and enhance AI systems in production, including efforts to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
- Develop and optimize agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems, and other GenAI initiatives.
- Build evaluation frameworks and hallucination-detection mechanisms to assess and improve AI models and prompts.
- Research and integrate state-of-the-art open-source AI models and train or optimize models for object detection, classification, OCR, and statistical modeling.
- Build robust data pipelines and integration architectures to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from a reputable university.
- 4–6+ years of total professional technology experience and 2–3+ years of focused AI/ML experience.
- Strong expertise in data processing, structuring, visualization, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
- Production-grade proficiency in Python; .NET is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Vector Databases.
- Proven ability to ship AI solutions to production rather than limiting work to experimentation.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, agentic workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to debug non-deterministic AI systems and implement hallucination-detection mechanisms.
- Strong understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI models and prompts.
