Responsibilities
- Implement and fine-tune pre-trained AI models for industry-specific needs.
- Use AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Rekognition, and OpenAI to develop and deploy AI solutions.
- Process and analyze data with Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, OpenSearch, Kendra, and AWS Glue.
- Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, efficiency, and reliability, including reducing hallucinations.
- Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, vector search, and similarity search techniques.
- Develop agentic AI solutions using CrewAI, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Integrate AI capabilities into products and services with cross-functional teams.
- Lead AI/ML projects and manage and mentor a team of AI engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience focused on AWS-based AI services.
- Advanced Python proficiency and expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Extensive experience with Amazon SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS data services including Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, and AWS Glue.
- Expertise in agentic AI, CrewAI, LangGraph, LangChain, vector databases, and similarity search.
- Understanding of CNNs, RNNs, transformers, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead AI/ML projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience integrating Amazon Connect with AWS AI services.
- Preferred knowledge of Apache Spark or Hadoop and data visualization techniques.
- Relevant AWS certifications are highly desirable, including AWS Certified Generative AI Developer—Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning—Associate, or AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
