Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end functional and technical solution architecture across Sales, Project Operations, and Finance & Operations.
- Drive requirements workshops, estimations, solution design, solution shaping, and delivery.
- Define and govern integration architecture and data flows across systems and platforms.
- Advise business and executive stakeholders and align solutions with business goals.
- Govern controlled, compliant, and risk-mitigated changes across environments.
- Architect project lifecycle processes including planning, resourcing, delivery, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Provide architecture governance and technical leadership through design reviews, business playbacks, testing strategy, and delivery guidance.
- Lead and oversee other architects and support solution delivery for internal and external clients.
- Drive continuous improvement using D365, Azure, Copilot AI agents, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM or similar product implementations.
- 12+ years of practical experience with D365 Finance and Operations, Project Operations, and Customer Engagement.
- Experience implementing D365 for APAC countries.
- Mandatory D365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect or Functional Consultant Associate certification.
- Experience with system integration using Logic Apps, Boomi, SnapLogic, or other middleware.
- Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics out-of-box and custom Copilot AI agents.
- Experience delivering through Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/DevOps using Azure DevOps.
- Experience with ITSM processes and toolsets such as ServiceNow, including incident, problem, change, and service request management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while clearly explaining complex technical details to technical and non-technical audiences.
