Responsibilities
- Build and optimize infrastructure for complex multi-agent reasoning with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Develop automated pipelines for LLM fine-tuning and computer vision model training.
- Containerize and deploy models with Docker and Terraform for low-latency inference.
- Implement monitoring for silent AI failures, model drift, and performance metrics.
- Manage compute-heavy AI environments and optimize performance and unit economics.
- Drive the end-to-end MLOps strategy from retraining pipelines through model monitoring at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps or ML engineering.
- Experience with both NLP/LLMs and computer vision.
- Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Expertise in Terraform, Docker, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of production reliability and AI impact on user ROI.
