Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable and maintainable custom software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to implement software development best practices that improve productivity and product quality.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with agent development is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
