Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff.
- Work across the stack - frontend, backend, and LLM integrations.
- Use coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to accelerate development.
- Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client needs.
- Make scope tradeoffs balancing speed with learning.
- Ensure deliverables are functional, coherent, and user-friendly.
- Run demos, gather feedback, and iterate quickly with clients.
- Identify patterns across projects to create reusable approaches.
- Document builds for handoff, extension, or reuse.
- Contribute to improving team workflows, tools, and shipping methods.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering ability with experience in shipping end-to-end solutions independently.
- Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling, including multi-agent orchestration and LLM APIs.
- Curiosity and creativity, with a habit of experimenting and building side projects.
- Clear communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem discovery instincts and the ability to ask the right questions.
- Confidence in client-facing situations, including running demos and navigating feedback.
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching across multiple projects.
- Product and UX sensibility to create user-friendly solutions.
