Responsibilities
- Design global, configurable modules that replace country-specific implementations and serve as reusable building blocks for other teams.
- Remove technical blockers spanning multiple business domains and help product teams build global-first solutions.
- Implement data transformations that harmonize country-specific models while preserving local flexibility.
- Build, deploy, maintain, and own solutions throughout their full lifecycle.
- Design efficient systems and engineering practices that facilitate collaboration across teams and products.
- Mentor engineers, lead crews, and contribute to hiring and improvements to the technical assessment process.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintaining code, without relying on an architecture-only role.
- Ability to navigate complex systems across multiple business domains and technical boundaries.
- Experience with diverse architectural patterns and the ability to explain trade-offs between them.
- Ability to identify cross-team technical obstacles and design solutions to remove them.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming and web technologies such as Python, Java, C#, and modern JavaScript, or willingness to work with Python and JavaScript.
- Passion for building products, a self-starting and entrepreneurial approach, and collaborative communication skills.
- Fluent English; French is not required.
