Base Salary
$120k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Support development and operation of CI/CD pipelines for agile software deployments.
- Build and operate infrastructure utilizing container orchestration like EKS/K8S.
- Write automation scripts to reduce toil and improve system reliability.
- Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Collaborate with software development and systems integration teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
- Work with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to the internal developer portal to enhance developer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer, system administrator, or software engineer.
- Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Shell, Go, or Ruby.
- Hands-on exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab Pipelines.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools is a plus.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
