Base Salary
$98k - $123k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and operate a scalable, resilient ingress data plane.
- Support global service mesh and load balancing solutions across on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Develop automation and infrastructure-as-code to enable safe, incremental deployments across a large fleet.
- Evolve DNS and CDN infrastructure for high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and partner platform teams on cross-team infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with Go or Python programming.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins and building pipelines.
- Experience with networking fundamentals including DNS, HTTP, and TCP.
- Understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Preferred: experience with Envoy or comparable service mesh or L7 proxy platforms.
- Preferred: familiarity with New Relic, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry observability tooling.
- Preferred: Azure Cloud Networking experience.
