Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases while automating software validation processes.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, modification, deployment, continuous integration, monitoring, and release activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, status reports, MIS reports, and other requested records.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, collect feedback, and support timely, high-quality delivery.
- Provide customer-focused communication and ensure timely responses with no internal or external complaints.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, code, test, debug, document, and maintain applications.
- Ability to investigate system problems, perform root-cause analysis, and improve software performance and availability.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong customer communication, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education, training, and certifications.
