Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Own software component quality and performance in line with project standards.
- Support and guide less experienced colleagues through knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to architectural and software design discussions focused on scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to team decisions and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Core Java.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in custom application development, software design and solutions, and software engineering is preferred.
