Base Salary
$57k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support programming code for new and existing software enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing code.
- Test code and fixes to ensure quality.
- Provide programming support for various interfaces.
- Communicate enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes to customers.
- Assist customers in determining whether system enhancements can improve process flow and business functions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours.
Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented programming language through professional or educational experience.
- Be willing to work in a programming support environment focused on existing software rather than new-code development.
- Be willing to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
- RPG experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in CIS or a data processing field is preferred.
- Experience working in a financial institution is preferred.
- SQL experience is preferred.
