Responsibilities
- Execute all tasks in project scopes of work and standard operating procedures with minimal oversight.
- Lead client discussions to understand needs, objectives, and engineering requirements.
- Lead and mentor Associate, Level I, and Level II Engineers and assist with complex tasking.
- Lead client technical support strategy and serve as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Document project progress, issues, and resolutions and review team work for quality.
- Monitor and approve team timecards and expense reports and conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Develop strong client relationships, communicate technical concepts, and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Maintain certifications and technical proficiency and provide training and development opportunities to team members.
- Contribute to blogs, social media, workshops, panels, standard operating procedures, and service portfolio development.
- Provide senior leadership with recommendations for training, development, and service expansion.
Requirements
- Currently hold a TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in a related area.
- 7–10 years of related work experience.
- Experience operating in classified environments.
- Strong understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, infrastructure, governance, compliance, FAR, DFARS, CUI, CMMC, FedRAMP, and IL constructs.
- Experience leading an engineering team, including tasking, personnel issues, and actionable feedback.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to communicate complex messages to varied audiences and work collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
