Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven engineering tools.
- Continuously experiment with AI tools to enhance team capabilities.
- Design, implement, and maintain full-stack platforms for AI integration.
- Identify opportunities for automating engineering processes with AI.
- Establish best practices for responsible AI enablement.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack development experience.
- Hands-on experience with front end technologies like React or Angular.
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience in a high-growth environment managing technical complexity.
- Proficiency in Python/Django or similar languages.
- Experience designing and managing scalable databases.
- Ability to build and maintain complex software with quality code.
- Strong experience with AWS services and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with building REST APIs and GraphQL.
