Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Develop scalable and high-performing Python software solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand needs, resolve problems, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution and decisions.
- Apply application design, architecture, database management, and data integration knowledge.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance, quality, and user experience.
- Monitor project progress and alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Python is required.
- Proficiency in Python programming is required.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies is required.
- Experience with application design and architecture is required.
- Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques is required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
