Base Salary
$102k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise applications.
- Lead technical implementation of complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative configuration and custom development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional business and technical partners.
- Provide technical leadership for solution design, code reviews, development planning, Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, middleware, and event-driven technologies.
- Execute and support unit, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, release management, code reviews, and production deployments.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, reusable components, and process improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce application development experience, including at least 2 years supporting Salesforce Service Cloud or related experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
- Experience supporting the full software development life cycle in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required within the first year if not already held.
- Preferred qualifications include Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant certifications; Salesforce DevOps, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Jira, Confluence, Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder, Sierra, ServiceNow, and Power BI experience; and experience in Customer Experience, Customer Support, Case Management, or Professional Services organizations.
